Spam the application

Good Morning,

I'm getting a lot of SPAM, a principle I thought was my email ti@domain.com I was receiving and the software hesk, was picking up the email and opening the call.

but I noticed that it is not my email, and yes ... they are sending spam by the HESK application itself, I just updated to version 2.7.6 and still it continues, somebody going through it please.

You will need to provide more details.

What kind of spam specifically are you talking about? Spam tickets being created or spam email being sent by Hesk?

If tickets, do they come from email piping or POP3/IMAP fetching enabled or from the web interface (see "Ticket history" bottom of tickets; does it say submitted by (name) or submitted via email)?

If web form, do you have any of the Hesk spam protections enabled?
