Configure auto-create ticket from email on HESK

Dear All,

I would like to configure auto-create ticket from email on HESk as following:
1. Set up SMTP in HESK Setting=> Success: Connection successful!
2. Set up POP3 in HESK setting => Success: Connection successful!
I already tested to assign to agent, they can receive email from heskdesk team fine.
But when I tried to send from email. there is no any ticket created.

Please kindly advice for this issue whether i am missing any point?
