HESK not loading with HTTP error 330 / blank page

My HESK installation suddenly stopped loading and is showing on Google Chrome the error "ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED".
I tried checking what could have happened but I was not able to find out.
What I did find out is that this kind of problem is because the browser is receiving a header that claims to be "gziped" but in fact is not.
I tried to search how could I disable compression on HESK but could not find anything like that.
Could anyone give me a direction from where to start to fix my problem?

EDIT:
I forgot to say that I activated the debug mode and this error shows up on admin interface:
Notice: date_default_timezone_set(): Timezone ID '' is invalid in /home/lopesrobertokoury/www/suporte/inc/common.inc.php on line 1509
Also, admin interface loads broken (just a part of it) or just leads me to a blank screen.
