Public Submission of a Hesk KB article

Hi,

Is there a way of allowing public submission (no need to login) of a Hesk Knowledge Base article?

Hi,

Unfortunately no, KB articles in Hesk weren't meant to be submitted by the public.

A work-around would be to tell users to submit the article in a support ticket (maybe create a new category for KB articles?), then use the "Import to knowledgebase" function: in admin panel open the ticket and lick the yellow light icon in the top right side.
