There is no way to do it automatically at the moment - tickets are assigned to anyone with access to the category.

We wound up making categories for each person......
Not the most elegant solution, but a way to make sure things go where you need them to!

hi
I want to assign ticket to specific one for ex:
senario
user x login HESK
submit ticket
user admin login to HESK
assign ticket to specifc user that type of user (( technical users))
user tech login to Hesk
receive notification from admin to check the ticket
so can I make this senario
how can I modify this system
