i try to update Mods for HESK from version 1.5.0 to 3.3.2 but i have a error (code 151).

Did the installer provide any more information as to why the installation failed at #151? (Such as a failing SQL query, a PHP error, etc)?

the installer don't provide any information but it's strange because i tried to install this version on wamp server and it works perfectly.
I also encountered another error code (code 79) when the installer inserts data in "hesk_text_to_status_xref " table but it did not stop at the first insertion, it stopped at the third insertion (status "resolved"). Can you help me to fix the problem please? Thanks in advance.

Of course, if your helpdesk is internal only, then this won't help at all

To the point - and recognising this is an old post but just in case someone else comes looking: I think it may be related to older PHP versions.

Longer story: I too had the 151 error code while attempting to update to 3.3.2 but didn't really worry about it at the time and left it.

Tonight I did a fresh install on the same (old) server running PHP 5.3.2 with 2.7.6 Hesk and Mods 3.3.0. Hesk installed and worked fine. Added the Mods and they wouldn't install - getting to a point and then rewinding. There was no further info nor errors in the logs. I updated PHP to 5.6 and all went as expected.

could you please change the subject for this thread?
I think it refers to MfH v.3.2.3. When it was started it was clear that there was a typo in te subject.
Now that Mfh is at the version 3.3.0 and we are waiting for 3.3.1 patched release, it could be confusing.
When I came to the forum I thought that v. 3.3.1 was skipped and 3.3.2 was released. On the contrary by ispecting dates and content it was cleaar that is an old thread.
