Hello, apologies if this question has been asked before.

I really like the simplicity of Hesk and I am ready to propose it to many of my customers. However I have one critical requirement.

In my workflow tickets are sent via email to an user which in turns needs to be able to reply to it with a simple canned massage like start/stop/complete that would update the status of the ticket.

In other words the only relevant thing in the reply email would be information to update the ticket status. The email to the user would contain the ticket information.

Is this possible with Hesk?

There's no built-in way of doing it.

You would have to modify the logic (or hire someone to do it) in the hesk_email2ticket function inside inc/pipe_functions.inc.php file to detect the special codes and make updates as required.
