Hi,
I think it would be a good idea to add a translating app (open source) on your site so we can help translate your mod faster as working with others would help do it faster.

here is a free web-based translation management system that you could install on your site for us to help with translating:
https://weblate.org/en/

the demo is here: https://weblate.org/en/hosting/

I would like to help to get your mod in french. but im willing to do it if you have a translation management system. its a lot simpler for users to do the translating that way.

there are other tools too like:
pootle: http://pootle.translatehouse.org/index.html

or a paying one that is good is https://crowdin.com/

anyways I hope you add a translation tool for us to use as a community.

I've looked into a few translation services online (including Crowdin, which does provide free licenses for open-source projects); however there were some issues with using it (I couldn't have custom file outputs, emails were split into separate strings instead of one large string, etc). Looking at the two you mentioned, the first one didn't seem customizable enough, and the 2nd one requires Python which isn't installed on my server. In the end, rolling out a custom localization system was the best way to handle it.

I do plan on adding improvements to the custom localization tool at https://mods-for-hesk.com/i18n, however I'm currently focused on the next Mods for HESK release. Additionally, updating the latest French translation is not terribly difficult, as there's a 3.0.0 translation at https://mods-for-hesk.com/i18n/3.0.php. All you would need to do is translate the strings added in 3.1.0, re-zip, and sent to translate@mods-for-hesk.com.
