Error 500 after installation mods

Hello
I try to install hesk with hesk mods in 5 new sites in different server configuration and everytime after installation of mods, (and after remove install path) appear error 500.
I look error_log but there is any advice.
Also I try with different php version and not solved.
How can I resolve?
