Customer accounts or drop down list

Hi Guys,

I'm new in this forum and with HESK.

Currently I've did some tests with HESK. I really like it. It's great. But I have one question.
Is it possible to active a drop down list for the customer information? At the moment it's possible to create tickets for the same customer but with different values (e. g. for the name). This is especially not really nice for reporting etc.

Is there a way to realize it or any other solutions?

Unfortunately no, there is no built-in way of doing this. In fact, HESK was *designed* specifically for the purpose of not using customer accounts, but to rather be a public help desk without any need for registration.
