I am not sure what you mean? Can you explain what you are trying to achieve?

I just wanted to know is it possible to change a group of tickets from one category to another category without opening the ticket.
Ex: Support 10 tickets are in general category and is it possible to change those tickets from general to some xxx by selecting the 10 tickets without opening it

AH, you mean bulk move tickets to a new category. Unfortunately no, this is not supported at the moment.

Exactly the same. Hope this will be included in the next version Klemen.
