Help Desk Ticket Grouping

HI.

Is there any options to grouping the same customer different tickets into one. Its not merging grouping the different tickets for the same customers. And also is it possible to display report for the customized reports based on the ticket status.

Please let us know.

To do this reliably you would have to use customer accounts; HESK doesn't use them (on purpose) so the only way to "group" them now would be to search fro them using name/email address.

Thanks for the reply. After searching with the email address and name is there any option to group all the tickets for the same customer, please let us know.4

No, searching does not support grouping and there are no custom reports based on searches available.

That would require a lot of code modifications which is unfortunately out of the scope of my support.
