POP3 email account into tickets

Hi,
I have installed your hesk panel on bigrock server for testing. My requirement is if once the user log complaint via portal he receive email from system with complaint id and now for further communication if he is using email then automatically that complaint should update on hesk portal.
I did the setting as you informed on knowledgebase but it is not working.
