- you didn't copy the full approval/rejection URL"

Some information: I don't know this GBook platform, I took this client 1 month ago and he had a previous developer who installed GBook. All I did was making a full redirection of the main website from the directory www.zambellorenzo.it/psicoterapeuta/ to the new directory www.zambellorenzo.it/psicoterapeuta-milano/, but the guestbook as you can see is under the directory www.zambellorenzo.it/domande-psicoterapia/ and I didn't touch it during my work...so I don't think this is related.

Do you have any text files inside your guestbook's "apptmp" folder?

If you post a new entry to the guestbook for approval, is a new .txt file created inside "apptmp"?

Last .txt file was dated 22/04/2017, which is the day of the last comment displayed on the gbook.php page.
Now I've tried to post a comment and it created a new .txt with this information:

"
I think the .txt regarding the comment posted yesterday by an user that my client couldn't approve is missing from the directory for whatever reason.
Is that the issue?

What's the permission set to the "apptmp" folder? Try 777 (rwxrwxrwx) then see if a new text file appears when you submit a message.

It was 755, changed it to 777, tried to write a new message and the .txt appears correctly. The client had been able to approve my first test comment this morning and I guess he will be able to approve this one too.

Are we done for the moment or is there anything else I should look into?

Files entries.txt and banned_ip.txt should be set to 666 (just verify), the rest should work fine.

Note that any old entries (with missing txt files) will not be available, but new one should work fine.
