Automatic category for email pop3 fetching

Hi
Just upgraded to version 2.7.3
Before the upgrade all email pop3 fetching tickets would go into a category I have created.
Since the upgrade - this has changed so they all automatically fall into the wrong category - I cannot remember how I set this up?
Can anyone please help?
