Error on 3.0.4

Since updated, when I open a previously created ticket, being administrator, I get a blank page, I've tryed in english with the same result.
I've updated again MFH just in case, but I get the same blank page in various browsers.
I've set debug mode but I get no message.
The result is an address like this with nothing to show

P.S.: Yesterday we changed the email server to MS's, that could have something in relation?
And in addition to this, I found that the text in the white box in SMTP config. is already white, son it gets invisible
