Multi-mail ticket

Good morning friends.

Use Hesk version 2,7,1 - and when a user sends email to the email address where the call is opened, eg: email@server.com.br - opens the call correctly.

There are cases that user sends to email@server.com.br and ends up putting copy Cc, to another address, ex outro@server.com.br

Normally it opens the call, but when we return the call via HESK, the system only returns to the email that generated the call, the Cc address is always lost.

Hesk sets the "From" address as the ticket email address, other addresses are discarded.

This may be added as an option in the future, but for not it is now supported.
