Return Users new ticket basic info feilds already populated

it will be nice if Returning users opening new tickets or multiple tickets, can have their basic information auto populated, or can clone an exiting ticket so they can only modify the request and may be few fields.
i.e.
my hesk ticket has user full name, email, phone, supervisor name, division/branch/office, address, the subject of the ticket/message details
The user should be able to copy/clone these info with a click of button, or have them auto populated when opening new tickets.
is there a way to do this, or this is a feature request?
