POP3 Fetching

This setting enables or disables POP3 Fetching - creating tickets from emails by connecting to an email account using POP3 connection. not working please help thanks

It's not enough to just enable it in the settings, you need to setup a cron job to call the hesk_pop3.php script every 5 minutes or so.
