What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: change due date

Hi,
After having updated to the latest releases without any errors, my "Change" button for the "Due date" in the details of all my tickets no longer works. Nothing happens when i click on it.

I am quite the beginner with php, could someone please help me point out what could be wrong ?

If the change button isn't toggling the text editor and the save/cancel buttons, it sounds like a JavaScript issue. When you load the view ticket page, are there any errors in your browser's console? (for Chrome, F12 opens the dev console; for Firefox, Ctrl+Shift+K I think)

I'm using Chrome, i opened the ticket view page and checked the browser's console nothing appeared in it at first.

I refreshed the page a few times few times then it finally generated a clickable error msg writtin in red in the console: "Uncaught ReferenceError: LPFrameIdentityManager is not defined at initializeContentScript.js:3 ".

I clicked on the message a few times, it didn't seem to be doing anything. I googled the error message for 5- 10 minutes for any similar cases or solution.

I came back and refreshed my ticket view page, the error was gone from the console and tried the "Change" Due Date button again and it was working again.

Don't really know what fixed it, but thanks a whole bunch for pointing me in the right direction ^^.

initializeContentScript.js isn't part of HESK or Mods for HESK, so I'm not sure where that is coming from (it looks like it may be something with a Chrome extension). However, as long as your problem is solved, then I'm not going to worry about it
