I already contacted Everleap support and they believe its a problem with the Hesk script. I have trouble believing this since it just started happening.

It's an issue on their server, even the simple session test file doesn't work:

Thanks! Their overnight techie denied it, but daytime staff confirms and they have since fixed the problem.
