Hi Mike,
Firstly I just wanted to say how impressed I am with Mods for HESK. The visual appeal cannot be understated, nor can the importance of mobile responsiveness in this day and age.
If you're open to feature suggestions for the next version I have just one. It's a small thing, but I'd really like to see the option to invert the order of the "View Ticket" panel and ticket submission buttons on the front page, or even an option to hide the "View Ticket" panel altogether since there is another button there anyway.
Main reason is that end users accessing my instance of HESK (in use for a non-profit community organisation) will be to raise a new ticket, not to view old tickets. We're all about looking forward, not backward, and on the mobile view especially, the "View Ticket" panel takes up considerable screen space before the "Submit a ticket" button.
Easy to fix with some cut/paste of the code, I know, but not good practise to be hacking code to make customisations which would be overwritten by a future update. Either way, I thought it worthy of a quick note to make the suggestion. Please feel free to dismiss my comments as the ramblings of a lunatic.
Once again, thank you for MfH. I'll be thowing some coin your way soon. This is too good to take without giving something back. Well done indeed.
All the best,
Damien in Sydney, Australia.
