Error When Client Attempts to Answer a Ticket

After the ticket was opened, the customer consulted the ticket and tried to answer the ticket, and after typing his message and clicking on send send the message that the client did not enter any message even with the message entered.

There's a known issue (https://gitlab.com/mike-koch/Mods-for-HESK/issues/509) where customers cannot reply to a ticket when "rich text for tickets" is enabled for customers. Disable this feature for now (change the setting to "Staff Only" or "OFF") until the fix is released.

I am very satisfied with the MODs, you are of paranbens, I am very interested in making improvements in the system, could give me a manual of how development should be followed so that I can publish in the community

There's no manual per-se on how to contribute. However, you can read the contributing guidelines at https://gitlab.com/mike-koch/Mods-for-H ... IBUTING.md.
