Links to tickets in emails are text only, not hyperlinked

Version of script: 2.7.2
Hosting company: NA - installed on local server
URL of phpinfo.php: As Above
URL of session_test.php: As Above
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: email links text only, Email url, email link text, emails text only

Links to the ticket in the email sent by Hesk to both support staff and users are now text only. If I forward the email it converts to a link. We are using outlook / exchange and the settings in outlook are to convert links to a hyperlink. It could be an outlook thing but Hesk is the only sender that this is happening to.

Emails sent by Hesk are (and have always been) sent as plain text; it's up to the email client to detect and convert URLs into clickable links.

There is an unofficial mod for Hesk that, among other things, supports sending html emails. You may want to check it out:

Excellent thanks, I had suspected as much but going through the settings on exchange it was all set to convert and nothing was happening so I am eliminating all potential trouble spots.

Will look at the mod
