I looking in the language file so that file is supported to HESK 2.7.2 (from English to Swedish)

That's a standard HTML select "multiple" box, it's not anything HESK-specific.

Chrome and my OS is Windows 10

And when you press CTRL and click on a category when creating/adding a custom field a new page opens? What kind of a page?

Again, that "tip" is only for the custom fields interface, I hope you are not clicking links on the "Categories" page?

When do you think you implement Sub-categories for the Customer side ?

Sub-categories to enable following format (for example)

Hardware >Telephone, Computer, etc
Software > MS Office, Photoshop, etc

Will it be Launched to HESK?

It will probably be included at some point, but can't really say when it will be available.
