Login problem - error after correct login

Hi,
I was using HESK for about a year without any problems. However today I could not login to the admin panel.
When I type correct username and password (and captcha as well) I got the screen with the information that "E-mail file is incorrect" (My message is in Polish, so I'm unsure about the exact translation to English, but the meaning is as I wrote).
I tried to reset password without any success.
Could anyone suggest me what to do?

You will need to provide the information we ask for when opening a new topic; without this, we have no idea where to start looking:
Script URL:
Version of script:
Hosting company:
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
Also, provide the exact error message (even if in Polish).

You are probably missing file "ticket_closed.txt" in your "language/pl/emails" folder?
Make sure all the required files are uploaded, then try again.

Dear Klemen,
Thanks for your quick reply. Indeed the file was missing.
It seems that my hosting company updated automatically HESK version without updating language folder. I did it manually and now it is fine.
Best regards,

Glad to hear that worked.
You can now delete the phpinfo and session test files from the server.
