hesk enhancement inquiries

Hi Klemen,

I managed to install Hesk on my Centos Server and able to test. I have some inquiries below:
a. Is there any mod to create custom reports?
b. Is there any mod to cater Round Robin (ticket assignments)?
c. Available mod to create SLA that if conditions are met, the assigned trigger will fire up like:
" if the submitted ticket exceed over 12 hours of no-update, it will send email automatically to the IT Depertment or Head"

Not that I know of, no.

All the mods I am aware of are in the Mods sub-forum.

Hi Klemen,

Thanks for the heads up. Anyway, if in the future your able to incorporate the said features then, hesk will be unbeatable in helpdesk arena. Kindly consider it.
