I'm hesk administrator.
When I find tickets not replied, have I a way to solicit it to the assigned person (maybe sending an email alert with ticket url)?

You can post a note to that ticket (or reply to it) and the assigned staff member will receive an email (New note added to a ticket assigned to you).
