What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

This probably means PHP sessions aren't working on your server.

Anywhere to your server, then open it in browser and run the session test.

I upload that file to intall folder and try to install but it not work I again try by uploading that file to main folder bookmarking but unable to install same http://prntscr.com/cinp4j

It appears you have some sort of redirect setup on your server which redirects any page named "index.php" to an URL with index.php removed from it.

So instead of a "200 OK" you get a "301 Moved Permanently" HTTP response header when trying to post data to
http://s4seotools.com/bookmarking/install/index.php

To fix the issue remove the automated index redirects from your server config (at least for the Linkman folder)

I think this problem is on end of hosting company bcz i did not make any such change on my hosting.
