Ticket View: Timeline or Classic View?

Part of the next major update to Mods for HESK includes a change to the UI for the staff area of the help desk. I'm currently debating if I should switch to a "timeline" view of ticket history (including notes, replies, status change, etc) similar to how Faveo Helpdesk looks, or keep the classic look, which looks similar to Kayako Classic Edition. Rather than changing everything over and hoping everyone likes it, I'd like for the community to vote on which look you would rather have.
