Hello,

is there any way to sort tickets by date when I login in Hesk? Now I need everytime to klick on updated to show newest tickets first.

In sort by there is no option by date, and when I put order on descending, after log out it switch back to ascending no matter if I put check on Make this my default view with descending option.

You can select what fields to show in ticket list in settings > Ticket list

If you add "ID" or "Submitted" and order by one of those, they will be ordered by date submitted.

"Make this my default view" works fine here. Select desired order, check this option and click "Show tickets".

Hi, also looking for this option but I am using a skin provided by mkochcs and I can't see it. Is it possible to apply this in the database to to save me reverting back to the default skin?

Mods for Hesk by Mike supports all these options, which one are you having problems locating?

Thanks for the reply. The option I don't see is 'Make this my default view'. In ticket list view, I would like all tickets to be sorted by date submitted, newest first.

1. go to Admin panel "Home" page
2. find the "Show tickets" form
3. click "More options"
4. scroll down to "Make this my default view" and select it
5. click "Show tickets"
