i install hesk and need to know if possible create customer for hesk and not free new ticket
Sorry for my bad english im from chile.
try to create a user but there are no options to create ticket
details :
the customer need to register to make a ticket.

Hesk doesn't use customer accounts, it was designed specifically to allow anyone to submit a ticket without registering.
