How to automatically create a record in the table. For example according to the calendar?

Perhaps on the basis of the creation of the ticket . Or automatically push the send button .

The only built-in way to do this is if your application can send an email and you use Hesk email piping/pop3 fetching to turn the email into ticket.

Anything other than that needs to be custom coded so you will probably need to hire a PHP developer.
