Can't send answers with rich text editor on for tickets

Hello,
can you help me with problem about rich text editor for staff. When I turn it on, I cannot send any answers for received ticket. But on another test instalation, everything is fine.
I did some changes to appearance of hesk front end, but nothing in admin section so I don't know what is problem. If helps, somekind of popup error appears in Firefox where it stand you need to fill this field, but it doesn't show which field as it popup on back button in firefox toolbar.
Also, just try to send first ticket from admin to system and that worked, but still can't reply.
