I cannot connect to my database, the error is: "mysqlnd cannot connect to MySQL 4.1+ using the old insecure authentication. Please use an administration tool to reset your password". I tried to change the database password with the tool my hosting company provides but no effect. New installation of HESK is the same story. PHP is 5.6, MySQL old_passwords is OFF. Any ideas?

Try contacting your hosting company, they should be able to troubleshoot using error logs.
