Change HTML code to copy for reciprocation

How do I change the reciprocal HTML code for users to copy and paste on their websites?
The text used is controlled in the settings: Admin panel > Settings > General
Look for these three options: Website URL, Website title, Website description
The actual HTML code is then generated according to "templates/default/submit_step1.tpl.php", inside the textarea element.
