CRON job SMTP Authentication

I am using HESK in a shared hosting provider. Recently, my ISP sent an email regarding and ask to use cron job with SMTP authentication. the text is as follows:

[] Plugins (Specify name of Plugins)
[] Theme
[] Infected files
[] Phishing
[] Malware
[x] Not Using SMTP authentication
[x] Cron job
[] Contact Form
[] Comments Notification
[] Compromised CMS
[] Third party emails
[] Other

Description:

I suggest that you use SMTP authentication so that your emails are not catagorized as spam.

You can enable sending emails using SMTP in the admin panel > Settings > Email tab.

So you can simply:

1. create a new email address (like hesk@example.com)
2. use this account details in HESK "From address" setting
3. enable sending using SMTP and enter hesk@example.com username and password
