I lost my admin account password and do not know how to retrieve it . Can someone help me please!

FTP to your server and open the "ccount_settings.php" file.

You will find the password in the line starting with:

$ccount_settings['admin_pass']

I think the password for CCount is always located in the ccount_settings.php file.
