Missing tickets

Hello,

I installed Hesk (latest version) and all things are working fine. Except the email to ticket function (pop3).
Not all emails that I send to the specific address are imported and converted to tickets. Some are missing.
I sent different email, so they are not missing because of the hesk filter that recognizes identical emails.

Is there a log file or something similar, where I can see what hesk is doing? Any other suggestens?

You can try enabling Debug mode in HESK settings then manually run the hesk_pop3.php file in browser, that will show a log of what's happening.
