Mouse over on a Ipad

Hi...
Can anyone guide my to which file and line of code where the Mouse Over funktion is on the frontpage that summits all tickets.
When you the mouse pointer is hold over Tracking ID or Subject you can see what the message is of the Case.
That do not work on a Ipad. I found this page that describe what happes and how to fix: http://www.codediesel.com/javascript/ma ... n-an-ipad/
I can't find where I could modify the codes to get the mouse over funktion to work on Ipad.
