I decide to pay for a 3 license HESK software and aware that
"Powered by Help Desk Software HESK, brought to you by SysAid" will gone but question, can I customzie to

"Powered by Slab Burgers Digital Platform" ?

The original "Powered by" may not be customized.

However, by installing the license it will be removed. You can then add your own disclaimer/links etc into the footer.txt file.
