Priority Coloured Bar

Hi,
On the admin_main.php (list of ticket overview) there is a red bar for the "critical priority" and a yellow bar for the "high priority"
We would love to have a colored bar for medium.
Can anybody tell which files have to be changed to achieve that? Or did anybody already do this?
