Status Action error

I have translate hesk for mods to Swedish, but i have one error.
If i create a ticket and change status to Resolved, then i still got Close Ticket not Open ticket.
Same on default language.
On admin side i get open ticket, but not on customer side.

I have tryed to install a local hesk and then install hesk for mods. There is no problem. It´s working there.

Here is my list of all my status:

How can i fix the problem?

I think i found a bug.

If i lock the ticket i get this error.
I have test it on the demo site to. same there.

Did you create this ticket on the client-side or staff-side? Emails are not sent to customers when the ticket is created on the staff-side. I am not having any issues with emails on my test instance.

When you lock a ticket, status becomes New ? But should become Resolved ?
When you change locked ticket status to Resolved , it gets unlocked too.
Not sure if this due the mod or core issue, but seems the post is more so same issue as i have.
