I miss a news section function in hesk.
HelpDeskZ has that, but I do not want to have to go over to HelpDeskZ when hesk working very good.

News
A section in your help desk to inform to your customers about the new events happening in your site or business.

Is there any reason why you can't just use a service message to hold news?

(and kind of off-topic, but I feel like HelpDeskZ looks exactly like Kayako. I wonder how the Kayako team feels about that...)

Agree, Hesk has probably some ways for displaying "news".

Dont want to wake sleeping dogs (or how you say it?), but didnt you mention once that "Mods for Hesk"-Style is also based on Kayako Style?

The only areas that are truly "Kayako"-style have been the green bars on the view ticket pages. As the project has progressed, more areas are changing in their style, and are no longer as similar as they were before.

HelpDeskZ on the other hand looks nearly identical

If you want Kayako functionality then by all means buy Kayako.

HESK is not meant to provide the same functionality or be a copy of it, but rather a different (simple and free) approach to customer support.

<-- did take a look tin that "HelpDeskZ" thing.
It may look good yes, and have customers login, but its not that good at all.
Even TrellisDesk (which is dead) was better, let alone scripts like Hesk and Mods for Hesk (dont want to flatter).

Kayako may be one of the top scripts in support/helpdesk but its also very expensive.
<-- would rather pay Master Klemen (or MKoch) for their efforts (or making a new one exclusive for us).
Thanks.
