Is their an easy way to add the sumbit a ticket page to wordpress at all as I have hesk on a subdomain of my main domain.

Unfortunately no, there is no WP integration module available.

The recommended way of setting it up is to have HESK installed in a separate folder (domain.com/support) then create a link to that folder from WP.
