About ticket reply

Hi,

I want to know that if anyone submit a ticket and admin assign the ticket to staff member, if staff member reply to that ticket then it directly goes to the person who submitted the ticket. Is it possible to restrict that reply by admin that is when staff member reply to ticket then first it goes to admin and then admin decided whether the reply forward to the person who submitted the ticket or make some modification and then it forward it.

Unfortunately no, any reply by staff goes directly to the customer.
