The distinction between subject and message while creating a ticket could be clearer, my client suggested in the subject field something like a choice matrix or drop down menu

I eddited the index.php lines for the text layout , made it a bit bigger and bold so it is clearer where to put the subject

Thanks for the feedback, but subject/message is a widely-used phraseology for messages/emails/posts etc.
Will probably add an option to hide subject line in the future and auto-generate subjects.
