HESK has just been updated to version 2.6.3

This is primarily a bug fix release, no major new features have been added.

UPDATE FROM VERSION 2.6.2:
1. Download HESK 2.6.2 to 2.6.3 patch
2. Read HOW TO INSTALL.html
