I found that if I send to hesk with pipe an email without body message, but with attachments - hesk can't show it, like there were no attachments at all and without even system notification about it. Is there any way to fix it?

You can change the behavior in settings:
Admin panel > Settings > Email tab > Other > Require message: Ignore piped/fetched emails with no message

In that case please send a sample email having problems to pop3test at hesk dot com and I will have a look.

Please try this:
1. download this file:
http://www.hesk.com/extras/email_nomsg_att.zip
2. upload the "email_parser.php" to your "inc/mail" folder
3. test
Did this fix the issue?
