Can i remove change status option for non-administrator user group from admin_ticket.php.

This is not something you can do with built-in functions, so you would have to find and modify the code to achieve it.

Maybe this can help you, else you have to code yourself or hire someone as the boss said.
Note, its for a previous version of Hesk, so dont know if it still works.
